Andy is a Partner at Healthcare Foundry and has been with the team since 2022.

Prior to joining Healthcare Foundry, Andy has focused his career on startups and innovation in healthcare since leaving his clinical career. He was Co-Founder and CMO at Lully, a YC and venture capital backed startup in the children’s sleep space. He then launched and led the telehealth business at Truepill growing it to a 50-state practice focused on primary care and behavioral health.

Andy holds a BE in Biomedical Engineering from Vanderbilt University and an MD from Indiana University. He did a General Surgery Residency at Northwestern University and was a 2 year fellow in healthcare entrepreneurship at the Stanford University Byers Center for Biodesign.

Andy moved to Nashville in 2021, after living in the Bay Area for 10 years, along with his wife, two children, and Labradoodle. Aside from spending time with his family he plays a lot of golf and watches sports during much of his free time. He also enjoys discovering new restaurants, new musicians, and great bottles of wine.
