We seek to understand circumstances where patients have been “left behind” by our system and develop solutions that directly address their most pressing healthcare needs.

We find services that are of great importance to our prospective customer, but which encroach minimally on their core operation(s) (i.e. capabilities that would generate a large new P&L but that are seen as less important strategically).

We identify centers of excellence where known best practices struggle to proliferate broadly in the market for some reason.

We assess situations where incumbents have maintained the status quo even though new and improved operating models or technologies have been invented and proven to yield superior results.
